Unfortunately , magnets coming off the fly wheel is a known issue on those bikes. And so the flywheels are hens teeth and a new one is half of what the bike is worth. Sadly also , should you get a used one it is only a matter of time before it too goes the way of KLE flywheels everywhere.

Nope - die kanse dat dit gaan werk is BAIE skraal. Op n tubeless band het die tirefix darem die dikte van die band om teen te seel (+-10 tot 15mm). Op n tube is jy gelukkig as daai tube 2mm dik is. Die ander probleem is dat Tirefix beide plugs en patches van binne af los maak. So moet nie...

Tirefix and pressure sensors are not good friends !!! IF we are talking about the KTM and it has pressure sensors then I would personally take the tire off and wash everything VERY well to remove that crap before it kills the sensors.

Ok - Will be interesting to see how long your pads last. I recall from previous threads on this forum where others had disks laser cut. Apparently the problem was that due to the heat generated by the laser around each hole , the steel gets tempered and extra hard , forming a cutting surface...

Did you have them laser cut ? or water jet ?

1) No the sprocket is not worn. 2) Yes - learn to do it yourself - it is not that difficult. just follow the manual. 3) Yes - grease the whole shaft. it stops rust and make removal much easier when you need to remove it next time.
