After fitting the KTM Racing pipe, my KLR would POP!!! at around 2,5krpm on overrun and scare the crap out of myself and the surrounding wildlife.
After reading up on a thread on KLR650.net I removed a air-induction-thingamabob that sits behind the radiator reservoir, blocked off two hoses and removed one hose, and now its sorted, no more loud POP!!!s
Ill report back on power and economy issues if any.
