1150 plugs

Na aanleiding van my bike wat so bietjie sluk

I got a tip from a pal of mine to try and change the spark plugs, so I thought I'll give it a try cant hurt to put a few new plugs in anyway, maybe it will sort the "sluk" problem as well, so i got a list of plugs that I can fit on my 1150 from previous threads
So which plug do you guys prefer ? what would be the better option between all these ?
