1200 tyre virgin

This bike is new to me and I honestly can't decide which tyres to go for. This has probably been asked to death. I'm looking for something that will give me around 10k in the rear but also be reasonable in gravel and a bit of sand. I reckon being used to the 701 I'll need all the help I can from tyres. Bear in mind that the GS won't be used for short rides at all but I also don't want to be changing the rear tyre every 5k km. I have narrowed it down to the below.

Mitas E07+ front and rear
TKC 70 rocks rear and TKC 70 front or TKC80 front
Karoo street front and rear
