Bike is a 1989 model.Here is what I have done so far. I don't have time to complete it
1. Piston kit bought on ebay
2. Cylinder needs to be resleeved.
3. Frame and sub frame powdercoated
4. Shock and forks seals checked etc.
5. Regreased all bearings up to where the bike is assembled.
6. Bottom end checked and is in good condition with all gears working fine.
7. Electronics working fine.
8. New plastics bought from DC plastics
9. Tyres is fairly new and rims is in good condition.
10. Brake pads fairly new.
11. Reeds still in very good condition.
12. Carburator rubber housing replaced.(from airbox to carb)
13. Silencer in excellent condition but header needs some work.
14. Clutch basket and plates in excellent condition as well as conrod and main bearings. Bottom end inspected and reassembled.
15. Bike has a long range tank.
The bike is 80 % reassembled.The bike is complete with all remaining parts ie nuts and bolts put in relivant lock bags. Soft copy manuals also included
