I bought this bike from Honda Cape Town last year and I'm not enjoying the Varadero for what it is, - don't make a mistake it is a fantastic bike, very comfortable and very power full. But the guy's that I ride with does a lot of off-road riding and that's why I bought a KTM 950 Adv. I had a new set of Michelin Anakee's fitted last year and Honda Cape Town gave me a 2 year full mechanical warranty at the time I bought it - so there is still hassle free riding for the next 15 months, the mileage is 149,000km, the previous owner had the motor overhauled so the bike is not smoking and it's also not using any oil. There is a top-box on the back, a Aero Trim wind deflector on the front screen and a Leather tank cover with tank bag connection points. It's a 1999 model in Black with a Silver tank. I will consider all offers from mid to the late 30k mark.
