Kobus Myburgh
Grey Hound
As per topic, I'm selling my GS Adventure.
Current mileage is 36,688km only.
Full set of panniers included as well as top box (separate key for top box)
Crashbar bags
Sidestand foot
Rear carrier raisers for tool bag
Overall good condition
It's worth R90,000 to me.
NB - the bike is only available to view after the first week in January on our return from holiday.
GPS, Ram mount and other accessory brackets not included.
Tyres - Mitas E10 currently on. Front is good, but rear after 3,000km no longer good. Don't recommend it for everyday use.
Honesty section:
I bought this bike on 33,000km. Prior to me this bike have not seen many, if any, gravel travel.
The following you need to know:
Scuff marks from the poop scoop coming loose - these things are not meant for off-road use. I took it off when it came loose and will put it back on for the sale.
Scuff mark from a tie down strap - no structural damage, just a ugly mark currently concealed with duct tape.
Small mark on seat
Dust cover needs replacement
Apart from the very last service, all services were done by BMW. Last service done by reputable crowd and have the invoice from the previous owner to prove it.
On purchasing the bike I took it to Bavaria for a full check up and received the all clear.
Merry Christmas!
