Hoping that somebody has some advice RE some electrical gremlins on my 2008 GS 1200.It is a full spec bike. Some time ago the following occured. First I could not switch off the abs. Then the traction control started switching itself on and off intermittenly. Then the right side heated grip stopped working. While using the GS 911 diagnostic tool, I noticed that it showed that the indicators are on when it is off and vice verca. I then took a look at the switch on the right side instrument cluster that cancells the indicators is not making that "clicking" sound anymore and feels "dead". It however still cancells the indicators. The bike has never been "drowned" as far as I know. ( bought it 2nd hand).
What we have tried: Changed the left side instrument cluster, checked the cable from where it exits the cluster switch for bends etc, cleaned battery terminals.
Any ideas as to where I start looking? TIA.
