Hey guys - need some advice.
I am currently riding a '07 650GS single, with everything standard, except 2 new Mitas E07's on, wide foot pegs and a touring screen. My offroad experience is quite limmited to a solo trip to Sutherland via Ceres and back roads, and noticed that my front bottomed out quite alot in the more technical bits.
As you can see from below, I do not have crash bars or something like barkbusters. Will the bike be ok as is to do a 3 day trip through Lesotho including the Sani pass? Can one upgrade the front shocks perhaps?
