Ok just came back from Bavaria motors, completed the 80 000km service on my 1150gs. Now apart from all the service stuff they had to do they also did the following:
1. Replace tank o-ring because it's flat + stud is broken off    When did this happen and how
2. Replace bashplate mounting rubber - sheered off
3. Replace stop/tailight globe blown
4. "Bliksem bashplate straight"
5. Replace throttle body caps
Thanks BMW R2055.90
Then there is a note:
NB:
a. Front fairing mounting broken and bent  (not me)
b. Forks leaking oil at top (again) (me)
c. Rear seat broken (not me)
d. Tank built up - tank cap scew (not me)
e. Front mudgaurd mounting points loose :?: :?: (not me)
f. Front mudguard ext loose :?: :?: :?: (not me)
g. Front brake pads +-4000km's left
Now my question is did anyone borrow my bike while i wasn't looking????? It sounds like the bike is falling apart!!
What do you think, sell it or fix it. It's a 2000 model and paid of already, maybe it's time for a upgrade but then i could spend the monthly installment on the bike to fix the little probs there are... :?:
