Anybody in the Cape Town area know of a great auto electrician that works on these BMW bikes? We had ours stolen a while back and found it within 48hrs and retrieved it but not quick enough before the messed up the ignition switch and the fuel cap - that is all sorted now, but we have a strange problem - the bike will start and run for a few minutes - not any specific time - sometimes a short while and sometimes much longer. It then cuts out, dies and it is impossible to start again. Now it seems that I cannot start it at all and there is NO spark, yet all the wiring looks ok and the coils get voltage over them...
Anyone any idea where to look or to whom I can take it ....
