950 ADVENTURE Heavy on fuel

who are the 950 carb experts in the western cape,  I am only getting 13,85 km/l on my bike it was at 15,5 then I put my db breakers in for a trip and the bike got very heavy,  Im not sure if the DB breakers had something to do with this,  took the DB breakers out today and the bike is still not happy, pooping and farting on the run off, it did not do this before,
