A4 in Lesotho. How ruff is this piece of road

Hi, we are planning a trip in Lesotho and want to ride from Mokhotlong to Lady Gray. Has anyone traveled the A4 on big Gs bikes between Thaba Tseka and Qachas nek. I see tomtom does not rate it as a big dirtroad and want to know if it will not be too ruff for heavy bikes. i am not as experienced in using heavy bikes on dirt and dont want to damage my bike.

Any help will be appreciated.

Also if anyone has slept over someware along this road please let me know where.
