When I started riding in 2006, I bought myself a pair of Thor Quadrant boots.
I am very happy with how they performed and how comfortable they were.
When I had my big off on the KLR, they got some damage but it could be repaired. However, the interior was becoming a Bio-hazard and falling apart to boot. ;D
Money was a bit tight, but a friend gave me a pair of Axo Experimental boots for free. They did the trick and I used them in the mean time.
They were highly uncomfortable and not to pretty to look at.
So, ...
Last week I bought myself a pair of Berick MX boots from Full Throttle at R1400. They are very comfy but very stiff and it took some effort to get the gears shiffted the first few days.
However. This weekend I saw that both of them have torn through the plastic on the inside foot bridge section
After some searching I at long last found the Invoice and gave them a call.
They said that they will be able to give me credit for them!! :thumleft:
I therefore decided that there is nothing for it but to go for the best I can afford.
So, expect a review of the Gaerne SG-10's soon after the weekend.
