Hi all, we're planning on having an aircon unit or two installed this year and I was hoping that I can get an idea of what a fair price would be. Also, is the added expense of the inverter-type units worth it - will the power saving be significant?
For example, I currently have a quote which includes everything: the split unit, installation, VAT, etc for R6900 (normal type) or R8300 (inverter type). It's for a 12 BTU to be fitted in a 3 x 5m room in our loft (low ceiling).
Any advice would be appreciated.
