Advice please : antifreeze, chain,sprockets

Hi guys

I am planning to replace my waterpump and its drive gears over the weekend.

What is the recommended antifreeze that I should use in my F650GS ?

also - I will need to replace my chain and sprockets in while and I want to buy new ones now while I have some money available(I sold my trailer) for when they are needed.

What makes do you recommend for sprockets and chain and what should I expect to pay ?
