Hey all. Quick advised please on Cam chain replacement....
Was gonna order KTM ones. But a very good KTM mech said to me - order DID ones - they are a rivet link, and can replace without taking the thing apart (just grind old one's link, attach to old ones and pull thru). My reasoning is that the cam chain replacement is diagnostic so I want to see if it fixes the issue)
Before I order them - anyone got any advise on that? Good Idea? very hard to do? How hard is it to maintain the timing correctly?
On that note too - was gonna order the KTM tensioners.... but thinking of getting manual ones rather - anyone know where I can get them?
