I bought a Africa Twin of gumtree from guys called Steven Coetzee & Wayne, bouth from Tokai, Cpt, for R45 000 the bike had on 39 000 km, yesterday I bought a tankcover & tank bag from Etiennne Kok which come out to be the previous owner, we started chatting about the bike and it come to light that the Twin had 68 900km on the clock and not 39 000km when I bought it.
I,m looking to get in contact With Cj who posted on Wild Dogs that the bike had 68900km on and not the 39000km they advertised it on Gumtree. It was said that Cj knows the bike personally very well.
I need a statement from him for the police docket so that I can charge them for fraud.
Myself worked for Vehicle Theft Unit and will not leave a stone unturned getting these people to court.
