I've been wanting to put together a collection of the bikes I owned. There are precious few pics of them, but they do exist.
Let's see yours too!!

Not strictly my bike. It was my dad's Honda CB350.
My little brother and me fell in love there and then. I think I ended up riding the bike more than my dad. He was a flight engineer at SAA and would go overseas for 10 days at a time. I'd ride the bike when he wasn't there, all around the plots.

Mine:-
Honda MT50. The side cover was stolen on the 3rd day I had the bike. I never replaced it.
Loved the bike! Took me to visit a LOT of girlfriends!!

Honda XL200R
I really wanted an XR but needed to get around so opted for the XL. Lots of good memories..

Took it to Brickor a lot!!

Honda XR500R
I bought it when I klared out of the army. This bike changed my life.

I rode the Bapsfontein enduro on it.  :thumleft:

Wheelied like a SOB!

BMW F650GS Dakar
Got married sold bike, bought car, never rode for years, got the Dakar in 2000
I rode it in SA and took it to Germany and rode it there too. I'll post pics when I've scanned them in..

Honda XL500s
Bought it in pieces. Restored it and rode it around Germany. The bike attracted a lot of attention.
