Greetings to all! I am fairly new to this forum, have lurked a bit, read quite a bit of the postings the last couple of day's, and it certainly do appear as if this forum can add value to one's life!
I grew up with my Dad's old cruiser (GL500), and put approx 15 000km of my own on her. Some offroad exploring, mostly tar, but good fun was had by all! After that I ventured into the superbike section of the market. Mostly used my Gixxer for long distance touring, but found that the old nether region can only sit on a superbike seat for so long down to the coast! And when there, certain roads are not accessible to a sportsbike.
I have now decided to upgrade to a GS, and have the dealer working on a deal for me (as I type).
There are many roads I wish to travel before my time on this earth is over...
