It is summer and with Covid (hopefully) coming to an end, it is perhaps time to start up the engines again and get out a bit, and take a trip.
With the Western Cape BASH not happening (again) this year, because of logistics, we were asked to arrange something different/alternative.
Yes, Koedoeskloof was used as a venue many times, but this is the only place that can accommodate us on such a sort notice
and make this work. They know how to make such an event work.
So I spoke to Veldtie @ Koedoeskloof and he is happy to accommodate us. Times are tough and he also needs our business
and support.
Because of the venue, the get-together will basically have the same vibe as the Thumper Bash, so you will know what to expect in
relation to value-for-money
Instruction and options:
Koedoeskloof will have a room or two perhaps open on site.

If the on-site accommodation is full, you can either camp on-site or go for accommodation on a neighbouring farm a kilometer + down
the road.

Veltie needs to know the numbers for catering. So all payments and bookings
needs to made at the latest on the 20 March 2022.
If you have special diet needs preferences, like example being a vegetarian etc. please communicate with Veldtie directly
about it. They will have to make special arrangements, but it is possible. Veldtie's cellnumber is higher up in this post.
Like always Koedoeskloof's Dwarsbar will be fully stocked with a proper variety of drinks and options.
