Lekker. Ek het 10 ritte in 10 jaar gedoen. Nou is dit baie makliker om motorfiets te ry. Maar dit was lekker gewees.

Vlak in die 60, hoog-op korporatiewe man, baie besig, lekkende hartklep van geboorte af, oefen dan-en-wan in die gym.
Sy vriende skryf hom in vir Argus. Eintlik het hy so in Januarie eers regtig begin oefen, maar met baie toewyding. Hier by ons is nie eers afdraendes om te oefen nie, wat nog van opdraendes.
Hy was eintlik baie benoud oor die wedren, maar die goete het vir hom mooi geloop. Hy sê dat hy vir so 1km teen Suikerbossie uit moes stap, verder het hy al die pad getrap. Sy tyd was 5h45.
Ek dink hy het baie rede om trots en dankbaar te wees.
Ek hou solank die veertjie vir jou valhelm gereed.
Plaaslike klient van my is 74.

Great pics! Respect to the gentlemen towing the cart!!! Looks like an interesting option. I am one of those that said maybe next year. I did the 2009 on a hand cycle in 11 hours 10 min (NEVER AGAIN!!!) and thought it should be more fun on a proper bicycle. The cart idea is getting me thinking though!!

I never see the point in doing the Argus, if you want to ride 100km through beautiful Cape Town, get on your bike and do it any day of the year
