Hi. I would like to share my 'vehicle finance' application experience of last week.
On Monday my application was telephonically initiated. All details were gathered ect ect.
After spending alot of time last week trying to speed the process up,
speaking to 9 different people that
handled my application and making way to many phonecalls,
most of which resulted in automatic answering machines,
I decided to tell ABSA today they can shove their cash where the sun doesn`t shine.
Managed to borrow the cash required from a family member at 13% interest,
as opposed to ABSA`s whopping 19%!
ABSA vehicle finance is worse than the department of home affairs.
I strongly discourage all Wild Dogs to even consider a vehicle/bike loan from ABSA.
The only way we can attack this problem is in numbers, it time to stand up against
appalling service.
