Basecamp has duplicate waypoints marked - help

I did a search for Rammelkoppas in Basecamp and found nothing. So I used the GPS co-ords to locate the pass but when I try to rename the waypoint Rammelkoppas, Basecamp tells me the waypoint name already exists.  Nowhere that I look or search in Basecamp can I find a waypoint by that name though. 

Any boffins got some suggestions on a workaround please?
