Bashplate rubber mountings

Howdee guys

Had the unfortunate experience my GS fell over......

While the crash bars took the brunt of the fall, those 4 little rubber mountings that connect the bashplate to the underside of the engine have broken. It seems this is going a challenge to have them replaced as not much grip is available where they attach (soos in hulle skroef vas) to the engine..... 

Any advice how to remove these? (as me is very noob in mechanical stuffings)

These mountings seems to be very expensive, in the order of $20 odd for one. Not sure what BMW dealer will charge me.
