I'm one of those 20% WD"s that hasnt been to the baviaans. Since I will be traveling down Kei Mouth I thought it might be a good idea to drop the family for a few days and see for myself.I think my starting point would be Hogsback. Now,a few questions.
What would be a interesting route from here to the baviaans?
Mostly dirt or backroads?
I would like to overnight twice .Was thinking maybe once in the Baviaans. What place to recommend where I can get food and a bed. Prefer not to take camping gear for such a short trip.Would doing Kirkwood,Steytlerville and Willowmore day 1 make sense ?
Then through the Baviaans back towards PE and then on to EL .3 days 2 nights.Any suggestions and info would be appreciated.
I will be solo. Dates 5th,6th and 7th of December.Thanks.
