Hello DOGS,
Just wanted to keep you aware of a potential SCAM that I am facing at the moment:
+- a week ago, I posted (on WD and other platform - OLX, Gum Tree, Facebook) my 1200 GSA - 2009 - 76'000 kms, now reduced R92'500.00 negotiable - A LOT OF EXTRAS
Last Monday, I received an SMS (No: 084 277 6718) : "Hello, is the Bike still available for sale? kindly get back to m,e via email [email protected]"
My first thoughts: why is this guy not replying on the ad or sending me an email (cell phone and email on the ad)
I did send him (I would guess that the scammer is a "HE") an email back: "Yes, My BMW 1200 GS Adventure 2009 is available. Let me know if you would like to try it/view it."
I did received a very polite email back (print screet below)
