Guys,
Just to let you know that Bergie (forum member) had an accident this evening. It happened on the Durbanville Hills road at the Bloemendal T-junction.
He was passing a car when it swerved to the right, forcing him unto the rumble strips. He lost control and came of at about 80kph. We were on the scene about a minute after it happened.
He is alright. Bit bruised on the right side, but talking and moving all limbs. He's currently in Tygerberg Hospital for observation.
He's bike (DL650) is quite bashed up on the right side and his front wheel is buckled.
Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
I will give updates as soon as I find out myself.
