Best bike for round the world trip?

Hi There

Any info/suggestions will be welcome - what's the best overall bike for a round the world trip given the following:

1. Must have good fuel range
2. Must be economical
3. Must be able to cruise all day at 120 kph if needed
4. Must be easy to handle in sand, mud, rocky areas etc
5. Must be able to take a pillion for large parts of the trip
6. Must be able to take a load (packing) although rider only weighs 65 kg
7. Must be easily maintained - parts - service - tires - anywhere in the world
