I probably have a pretty unique situation. I am 1.98 meters tall, with a size 15 (riding boot) shoe. When I ride with my wife I find that the forward position to accommodate her results in some pretty uncomfortable shifting. If riding on my own its a little better but not much :p

On inspection I noticed that the distance from the top foot peg to the bottom of the gear shifter is not sufficient to accommodate my large boot at an angle that would allow for comfortable shifting. I can only assume that there is not an after market gear shifter that slightly longer and higher?

It seems that my only option at the moment would be to have one made? Anyone else in a similar predicament? Or someone that can advise of a better solution?

(And before anyone asks, I have moved it to the highest possible position on the spline)
