Bike frame straightening in PE?

As some of you might know, I had a little run in with the side of a Bantam on my Honda E-Storm commuter. I finally got round to see what was all the damage. The biggest problem is the frame; bent at the neck resulting in the front wheel not being in line to the axis of the bike. Its off by about an inch and a half at the base.

Who can re-align a motorcycle frame in the greater area of Port Elizabeth? I could attempt it myself, but I will have to find a place with a lot of trees
