Bike trapaulin needed

I need one of these urgently. Do any of you know where I can get my hands on one. I know "Boer" is in the process of bring some into SA, but any other info would be appreciated.

Is there any other material that can stretch and be strong enough to handle this kind of structure and is relatively light weight?
