bikegear panniers

hi guys

i'm starting to look at luggage

need topbox and panniers and hid lights then my bike is 100% like i want it...

currently i'm thinking the bmw topbox with the bikegear panniers (the 33l panniers)

anyone has the bikegear 33 litre panniers?

i get lots of photos from behind but not many photos from the side - what i wanna know is

if i fit the 33 litre panniers is there still enough space for a pillion?

if i wanna take the missus on a weekend trip i would like to be able to fit the panniers as well if needed?

the bmw panniers can easily take pillion but i like the other panniers more
