BMW 1150 ADV rear brakes

Hi guys I have a problem with my rear brakes, I have a BMW 1150 gs ADV 2003 model. when I step on the rear brake pedal the pump makes the sound but very soft, It does not brake at all. The front is working fine, when I pull the front lever the pump is making the sound and it brakes nice

Is there anything I can do

Please help

( Guys who rides the BMW will understand the "sound" im talking about, dont know what else to call it
