BMW 650GS and the Givi Topbox

Good evening all

I bought myself a Givi Micro2 Topbox for my 650GS, and now  :-\ it doesnt want to fit, so is there any special bracket that i needed to get or should i do the humble thing and go to Full Throttle and ask for my moolah back?

Please help a damsel in distress
