It struck me that, with parts getting more and more scarce and as a result component repairs becoming essential,
a site where we can preserve knowledge of how to repair / fix / substitute bits and pieces on our beloved BMW type 247 motorcycles.
If you have any technical tips and secrets - like what VW Citigolf / beetle starter relay works instead of the BMW part made from Unobtanium - please post the information here?
I suggest putting the item in the subject line - e.g. Diode board repair so it is easily found using the search engine.
Limit one post to one item only in order to simplify data search.
Any detail and explanation should be in the text of the post, not in the heading (such as applicable models, years etc.)
There is a wealth of tips 'n tricks out there.
If they are covered well enough on another site, just post the web address. :deal:
:thumleft:
