I wish to lodge a complaint...
I went to BMW HAMMAN yesterday to buy that little bolt that attaches the mirror stem to the handle bar on a Dakar - yes I know it costs R187.97 for the bolt but mine broke off over the weekend and rainy weather with no right hand mirror just doesn't work so well
Anyway the guy tells me they did a stock take and found they had none but he forgot to order. A call to Atlantic says they have 11 - now how does one dealership have ELEVEN and another NONE???
Surely eleven in stock means they regard it as a high moving item?
This isn't the first item - last time i had to wait for a brake hose, before that they didn't have an oil filter in stock - just how many Dakars did you say there were in CT?
Are all BMW dealers the same?
