Just wanted to report on an extremely awesome bit of service from BMW :thumleft:
I have read on the forum before about guys that have claimed through the warranty for the seal on the Enduro helmet that has broken.
When we did the tech day at Adventurers place, he checked my helmet and all was fine (i recall he did a claim and that is whay i asked him to check mine).
During the Nam trip, the seal developed a small tear in it, ±1cm long. I took it in on Tuesday and BMW handed me my new helmet today. I was not expecting to get a new helmet back, but at least some form of discount on a new one.
My old helmet was 20 Months old
Just wanted to let you know, that it is worth the money to invest in the BM kit, as the warranty is definitely worth it ;D
