BMW enduro helmet

I recently purchased the BMW enduro helmet and am very happy with it, except for one small problem, when i adjust the peak forward and push the visor up it rubs up against the peak i now have to lines on the front of the visor. BMW say they will have to come back to me because this is the first complaint they have recieved regarding this particular problem, Is there anyone else with a BMW enduro helmet with similar issues
