I just finished this today and fitted them to two bikes at Bavarian.
They (Bavarian) already damaged the sump plug on one bike on the first outing.
It protects the Sump Plug, Starter Motor, and Water Pump.
No holes in the bottom. (except for a 10mm hole on one side to help water drain when washing the bike.)
Will also stop the engine from being sand blasted, as this bike will mostly be used off road.
Same mounting points as original.
4.5mm Aluminium / Anodised.
Just enough clearance below engine not to impair cooling. And not to affect ground clearance too much.
Will Retail for R850.00 Incl.
