2007 model with approx. 52,000km on the clock. I got it in 2008 with 5,000kms on the clock. I’m not an enduro riding god and used it solely to traverse our beautiful country – off the beaten track that is :ricky:
All services done by BMW Bavarian. Stamped booklet and Lenny (Service Manager) can give you full rundown on this bike. I’m not a cheap skate, go check it out :mwink:
Although fitted with a lot of xtras during its lifetime it currently has stock configuration with the following xtras / mods:
1.) Akropovic headers
2.) Remus end can
3.) Wunderlich Power Controller (the best thing since sliced bread for the 1200 - ultimate performance and no more lean running)
4.) Ryan Bottesi steering damper mount (fits OEM and HPN tank configuration)
5.) Ohlins steering damper
6.) Touratech headlight with HID high beam
7.) Side stand (upgraded mounting bracket ala Bermrooster)
8.) Tank bag (Original HP2 tank bag, used it on couple of long trips. 100% functional but ugly looking plastic on top)
9.) 3-4 x Unifilter air filters plus pre-filters (ja, ek is maar lui gewees as dit by was kom)
10.) Hyde diff and frame protectors
Notes:
1.) The bike has NEVER been in any serious fall / accident (money back guarantee)
2.) The pods were sprayed black after my Lesotho lowdown https://wilddog.net.za/forum/index.php?topic=32539.0 (old tappet cover replaced with new – ask BigDom about my copy right evils). Not hiding anything with black spray paint.
Anyone that knows anything about HP2’s on this forum knows me. This has been my pampered baby for the last 4 years.
I’m selling it as I don’t have enough time to ride it and I’m feeling absolutely horrible about it. I wish I could just retire and ride the world!
My price is R 88K neg which includes 1 xtra front wheel in perfect condition with 90% tread on TKC.
