I picked these up from a friend yesterday.
The white one is 90% complete, and the blue one was bought as spares 50% complete.
I am leaning towards a old military style rigid although the intended owner (my daughter) laughed herself silly at that suggestion and informed me that it does not look like a vespa.
Any suggestions and ideas would be appreciated.
