Calling All PE and EL Dogs - Distinguished Gentleman's Ride 29 September 2013

I'm sure some of you are aware of the annual world wide Distinguished Gentleman's Ride (DGR) that takes place. 

However, as far as I know the event is only arranged in Gauteng and CPT.  Thus, lets motion this annual event also in PE and EL.
