Cape Town - What bike shops are open?

I need to get myself a pair of riding boots. Unfortunately I am not an average size guy and need a size 14/15 boot. Here in PE you can forget abut that level of choice

I will however be visiting Cape Town from 24th to the 31st December. Does anyone recommend a store that will stock my size and that will obviously be open?
