I bought a little JR80 for my youngest boy. It had a couple of niggles as it had been standing for a bit but I managed to sort most of them out.

It uses a Mikuni VM20SS carb. I opened the carb last night and checked and cleaned the needle and seat and see no issue - they look clean and polished.

When I open the fuel petcock the carb fills and if you ride all is fine until you stop then the petrol comes out of the overflow pipe in a stream, not a drip.
I have read that if the breather pipe is blocked this will happen but I checked the tank and carb breather hoses and they are good.

Any ideas?
