Hey guys
I'm thinking of doing a little exploring in the general direction of Jericho's rock on Sunday.
I've done some google earthing and made a route of sorts.
It's very experimental hence the "exploring" part. I don't know if the route will work out completely for that matter.
It's likely/possible to be an all day affair.
General idea is to head towards Harties via Schuurpoort then head north towards dewildt. Skirt along the western side of dewildt (on
some the river beds and such) then bear west towards Jericho's rock and Beestekraal. Then south towards Harties with a time permitting caveat
to do a path I found to the right of Breedt's nek (or Breedts nek itself.) then East back to Centurion.
I suspect this won't be newbie friendly.
Leave Centurion at 7.30 or 8am and back whenever.
Total distance roughly 300Kms.
I expect sand and lot's of U turns.
I'll be on a 690.
