Leatt have just released a sportbike specific neck brace - the STX - with a split rear section to go either side of the "hump" and a lower all round profile, plus some other nifty features:

I can't help but wonder if this split rear bit wouldn't work well with body armour suits as well, with their high back protectors. Would love to get my hands on one and test it out... what do you guys think?
