Cold Hands and Face in Winter...?

My hande het nou die dag beginne koud kry op die Grand Piano.
But I do NOT want thick Winter gloves, I'd NEVER be able to wear it.
I'm sommer using thin "tool gloves", only to not get blisters, nothing else.
What can I try for more warmth?
Surgical gloves underneath maybe?

Also....where the HELL can I find a bit thicker buff to cover my mouth/face in winter?
Ek kon letterlik voel hoe my sinuses aan my brein vas vries.
