The concept of this shirt was demonstrated to me while I was on holiday and I tried it during an off road race in Middelburg over the weekend. It is not as if you are all of a sudden riding with air-con, but it is still quite impressive, especially in the slow technical stuff.
Unlike other similar products, this does not rely on evaporative cooling to work. Instead it reacts with your sweat and the fabric actually becomes cool to the touch as it dampens.
