Considering a DL650 - Advice? - Bought one thanks!!!

Hi All

I am considering a DL650.  What i want to know is with things like bash plate and suspension done will the bike be able to do trips like Baviaans and Sani Pass?  Reason I am looking at the DL650 is the two up capability for when my lady joins on trips to Hogsback etc.  

Together we weigh 150kg.  Am i looking at the wrong bike?

Advice will be appreciated
